Introduction Into Competitive Shooting

$250.00

Competitive shooting can look fast, intense, and overwhelming from the outside; but with the right guidance, it becomes one of the best ways to sharpen your skills, build confidence, and measure your growth as a protector. This course is designed for everyday shooters who want to step into the world of competition with clarity, safety, and purpose.

This class builds on the discipline you developed in Concealed Carry, the mechanics you refined in Fundamental Mastery, and the speed you’ve built in the performance course. You’ll learn how to apply those skills in a structured, safe, and encouraging competitive environment.

Training includes:

Understanding Match Flow & Rules — How stages work, what to expect, and how to navigate your first match with confidence.

Gear Setup — Choosing the right equipment and setting up your belt or holster for efficiency.

Stage Planning & Strategy — How to read a stage, plan your movement, and make smart decisions before the timer starts.

Movement & Efficiency — Learning to move with purpose, manage transitions, and maintain control under time pressure.

Scoring & Accountability — Understanding hit factors, penalties, and how accuracy and speed work together.

Building Confidence Under the Timer — Learning to perform safely and consistently when the buzzer goes off.

This class isn’t about being the fastest or the flashiest — it’s about becoming more capable, more confident, and more accountable. Competition sharpens the protector; not for trophies, but for readiness, discipline, and the courage to stand prepared.

For this class you will need the following:

  • A reliable handgun, carbine, or you may use both.

  • 300 rounds for said firearm, if using 2 guns split the round count for each. (150/150)

  • A tactical or competition belt with mag pouches for appropriate firearm.

  • appropriate holster if using handgun

  • Eye and ear protection
